PRISHTINA- The main priorities of Kosovo's one-year Chairmanship over the South-East European Cooperation Process will be the promotion of culture and young artists, cultural heritage and the positive development in the energy sector.
"Stopping brain drain and increasing youth mobility with the region as well with the EU, is a key priority during the SEECP Chairmanship. We have already taken measures to address this issue at national level. But I believe that success would be greater if we unite our forces and strive to find out a solution", said Minister of Foreign Affairs Behgjet Pacolli.
He also stated that Kosovo will contribute to "peaceful environment, good neighbourly relations and stability, overcoming the divisions through comprehensive and coherent approach to regional cooperation and promotion of European integration".1 July 2021
